I’ve been to Cloud 9 a few times as it’s such a convenient location and wonderful pricing!! I’ve tried several services including quick 30 minute foot massages all the way to a 90 minute couples massage. Every masseuse I’ve been paired with has been great and professional. There’s often specials going on or you’ll receive specials via email so do not miss out on those.

Not a good experience. Foot massage pressure was weak. Body pressure was too hard - thought my neck was going to break. I asked repeatedly for less pressure, to lighten up, completely ignored. Insane. The massage started with the lady coming up from behind and grabbing my forehead - unexpected for a foot massage. Never said a word to me. I didn’t want a face massage, wish I’d known that was planned. Don’t waste your money

I absolutely love Cloud 9! I went in without an appointment and asked for first available for a 90-minute Swedish massage. Andrew was my therapist and he was AMAZING! I will continue to book appointments with him.

Mia was fantastic with her massage! I highly recommend her. She was attentive and effective in addressing the stiffness on the right side of my body. The team has you fill out a needs chart upon checking in. I recommend filling out your appointment before walking in. You also save $5 this way.

We love Cloud 9!! My husband and I have been going there for several years. They are friendly, clean and very professional. William is an excellent masseuse and takes wonderful care of my husband. Amy and Jenny are my go to technicians and they are both wonderful. We are so appreciative to have this business nearby and look forward to every visit. Staff retention is excellent. And finally, Cloud 9 is also a great value. Look no further for your massage needs!

I have had mostly good experiences here, especially for the price. However, I booked an 80 minute deep tissue combo massage and the service was basically stretching my arms and legs around and trying to pop my joints out of the sockets with no semblance of massage. I told the receptionist at the end of the service that I was very unimpressed and she said she would make a note in my chart not to pair me with that lady again. I responded that I would probably not be returning and she didn’t even make eye contact and just said “I’m sorry you feel that way.” Terrible massage and even worse customer service.

Cloud 9 is a great place to get a message! I've gotten deep tissues, swedish, and hot stone masasges here. They always have lots of availability and great masseuses. Jenny and Mia in particular do a great job. It's clean and they do a good job of making sure you feel comfortable. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to many other spa/massage places. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this location for the 90 minute foot massage for about two years. I have had this service provided by Jenny and William. They are both amazing. I take all my out of town guests there for the same treatment and I think they come back to visit me so they can get another treatment! Yesterday’s treatment with Jenny was over the top. My body needed it badly and her magical hands knew exactly what to do. I felt great afterwards and had a good nights sleep. My friend had her treatment with William for the second time and she was delighted too. One thing I really like about Cloud 9 is that many of the therapists there have been there since I started going there. That speaks volumes to me in an industry where I imagine there is a lot of turn over.
